From 3 months and onwards your baby is beginning to develope their own little character and expression. This is a great time to start documenting those changes! They are smiling, they are cheeky, they react.

I love sessions with babies because every one is unique and fun, each baby bring something new and exciting.

The Session

This session is for babies between 3-9 months old. My aim is to capture the baby's personality and beauty. There are different stages and opportunites for photography, these are ;

 

3 months: baby is comfortable on tummy and can lift their head up

 

6 months: baby is sitting up

How Long are the Sessions?

Baby sessions generally take about 1-2 hours. I will provide drinks for you in this time.

 

Can I bring my toddler?

You are welcome to have images with both of your children, but the studio is limited to two adults at a time and it always works best if your toddler can be brought along at the end of the session. The baby is the priority. 

 

 

Retouching

General retouching is provided on all my images.  I want to show your baby in the best possible light, that being said I will not do any heavy retouching upon request.

 

Props 

The studio is stocked full of blankets in most colors and everything you could need! I buy blankets and props literally every month to keep things fresh and new. All materials, wraps, blankets and clothing are washed after every session and are always kept clean. 

I take baby safety and care very seriously. You can trust that I will provide all measures to keep your baby in a clean safe environment.

 

Clothing for Family

Clothing for parents and siblings is best when it is nice and simple, and free of patterns or stripes. It is best to wear colors that will look great when the artwork is displayed in the home. Light or dark colors, work equally well. 

 

 

 

I am fully insured to handle babies and I also have a qualification in baby and child first aid.

 

 

INVESTMENT

I charge what I feel is a very fair competitive rate where you get to choose 15 images and have them professionally retouched and then supplied on a USB stick to print and share to your heart's content. I ask for £50 to secure the session at the time of booking, and then the balance of £150 to be paid at the time of the session. If you require extra images of family then please let me know what your requirements are and I can quote accordingly.
